Sophie Danner is a Portland-based, Olympia-born artist and designer. She received her BFA in Illustration with a minor in Sustainability and Social Practice at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2022.
Sophie is inspired by organic shapes and the way sunlight looks through leaves. She enjoys living somewhere with more green space per capita than almost any major city in the US.
Sophie is a freelance designer; digital media manager; co-coordinator of Portland Zine Meetup; and comic-slinger at Secret Room.
When she’s not working, Sophie can be found finding four-leaf clovers, admiring the moon, or trying hard not to look at adoptable pets in her area.
